This guy’s got it. It’s what I say to people every day. If you took time to stretch every muscle group, even a little each day, you’d be so much more comfortable in your body.
Most can be done at your desk … assuming you have your own office. (Otherwise invite your coworkers to do it with you? Japanese-style stretch break?)
